JCE Forestry manages forest properties in Sweden, Chile and the USA in a responsible, long-term and environmentally friendly manner. JCE Forestry was founded through the acquisition of Bark & ​​Warburg’s forests from Skanska in 1994 and has since grown through acquisitions. Today, the total area amounts to about 35,000 hectares. JCE Forestry works according to a long-term strategy with forestry, nature and wildlife in focus. Around 40% of the land is protected to preserve animal, natural and historical values.

Continental Forest invests in timberland in the southeast USA – primarily in Florida.

Mossöja manages forests owned by the Ericsson family and Österbodarne Skogsförvaltning. The total area is approximately 12,700 ha and the majority is located in south-western Sweden.

Since the late 1980s, the Ericsson family has invested in different sectors in South America. Over the years, the group has grown to include companies within sectors such as real estate development, forestry, technology trading and bio pellets. Since 1997, there has also been a holding company, JCE Chile. The Ericsson family owns a majority in the South American operations, and JCE Group AB a minority.

Inmobiliaria JCE is a project management organisation active within real estate development and investments in a wide range of real estate projects.
