JCE is a diverse and international group with majority-owned companies across a range of industries. In addition, we manage a substantial asset management portfolio. Our home port is in Gothenburg, but our operations can be found all over the world.

We have over fifty years of experience

For more than fifty years, we have built pioneering companies from scratch, consolidated industries and acquired businesses. Several of our holdings have become market leaders – including Consafe Offshore, Green Circle and Consafe Logistics, to name a few. The highest compliment we can receive is when people and companies choose to do business with us again.
 
In our pursuit of development, we are always actively seeking new investment opportunities in growing and profitable companies with strong competitive positions. We invest in both listed and unlisted companies, typically with investment sizes ranging from SEK 10–500 million. Under special circumstances, we can make investments of up to SEK 1 billion.
