Knowit is a consultancy firm that helps companies and organisations to succeed in the digital transformationonen

The company’s service offering includes system development, digital customer experiences, Internet of Things, cloud, cybersecurity and management consulting. Knowit was founded in 1990 in Sweden and has been listed on the stock exchange since 1997. Its shares are currently traded on NASDAQ Stockholm. JCE Group owns 9.5% of the outstanding shares, dating back to 1995 when Consafe Infotech was founded. This business was subsequently acquired by Cybercom, which itself was later sold to Knowit.
