Cybercom, specialised in agile software development and public cloud for business-critical systems, will acquire the entire share capital of Solutive Oy, an expert company in data analytics. As a result of the acquisition, a new Cybercom Finland with approximately 250 employees will be created, offering all information management solutions from data infrastructure to analytics services.
